An RSVP form which sends RSVP’s straight to your inbox with the option to add dietary requirements, pre/post wedding festivity RSVP’s and song reccommendations into your RSVP form.

A digital invitation to go alongside the website for you to send to guests with your wedding details, website address and password.

Note: All wedding websites are password protected and guests will not be able to access websites without the correct personal password.

We think wedding websites are the way of the future. They’re also fab to have alongside your gorgeous print stationery and here are a few reasons why:

Update-able: Easily communicate any changes with your guests (dare we say the word postponements) without having to re-print and re-send your print stationery.

Collect RSVP’s: Get RSVP’s straight to your email inbox. Guests can also select meal choices, give DJ song recommendations and dietary requirements.

We reccommend getting in touch as soon as you have confirmed your date + venue to begin the design proces. Generally your wedding website will take 2-3 weeks from beginning to completion. We allow for 3 complimentary reviews of the website design.

REFUNDS + RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind and all payments are non-refundable. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

PROOFING

You are responsible for providing accurate information (dates, times, names) and all spelling of words. You are responsible for thoroughly checking and proofreading all aspects in the final proof and approving via email/written confirmation. Hey Lola Design holds no responsibility for misprinted information/spelling errors after the proof has been approved by you and you will be liable for redesign and editing costs if required.

TIMEFRAMES

Please allow 3 weeks for the design of your wedding websites. Any requests for timeframes shorter than this cannot be guaranteed.

COVID-19 SPECIFIC POLICY

Wedding websites are welcome to be updated at any time if it is related to COVID-19 (wording only - no design changes) but are non-refundable. Fees will apply for any design updates (not including wording).
